Vehicle involves any mechanical vehicle on wheels, designed specifically for transport or use on highways. “Vehicle” means: a motor vehicle, including passenger vans and minivans, which are mainly intended for the transport of persons; a motor home; a motorcycle; a trailer with a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or less; or a truck with a total vehicle weight rating of 26,000 pounds or less and whose service does not require a commercial driver’s licence.
